KRONUNG Machinery

Machine Overview

The machine is designed to drill holes for handles and locks in the support plate and to cut it to length. The cutting and drilling operations are performed using a hydraulic system. The cutting dies can be changed depending on the size of the support plate. Special dies can be made for different shapes of support plate. The maximum thickness of the support plate is 3 mm. The cutting operation is performed by means of a foot pedal.

Installing the machine

  1. Place the machine on a level surface.
  2. Ensure that the machine’s electrical connection is carried out by a qualified electrician.
  3. Check that the machine’s power supply is earthed. If not, ensure that an earth connection is added.
  4. The mains voltage must correspond to the three-phase voltage required by the machine (380V).

Start-up and Operating Instructions

  1. Plug the machine into the mains socket and switch on the power switch.
  2. Check that the motor driving the pump rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow. If the motor does not rotate in the correct direction, the motor will run, but drilling or cutting will not take place.
  3. Position the support plate correctly in the die and press the pedal gently.
  4. To avoid potential hazards, keep your hands away from the moving parts of the machine whilst it is in operation.
  5. Do not allow children to stand near the machine or use it.
  6. Do not place objects on the machine and do not lean on or stand on it.
  7. Once the operation is complete, the machine will release the machined profile. Place the machined parts in an orderly manner so that they do not touch the machine and to prevent any potential hazards.
  8. If a power cut occurs whilst working, switch off the power switch immediately to prevent damage to the machine and accidental operation.
  9. At the end of the working day, always switch off the power.
  10. Run the machine at idle speed twice every morning before starting work.
  11. Ensure that moving parts are always lubricated.
  12. Carry out regular maintenance on the cutting dies.
