Superior lubrication and wear protection performance.

• The oils possess good lubricity and anti-wear properties necessary to ensure a lubricant film resistant to operational loads, preventing wear and excessive heating of pneumatic tool components.
• Extreme pressure (EP) properties are essential in preventing the lubricant film from breaking down during operation as a result of the stresses (impact, reciprocating motion, rotation) to which the mechanisms of pneumatic tools and percussion equipment are subjected.
• Good thermal and oxidation stability.
• Torcula has good resistance to the formation of deposits and compounds resulting from thermo-oxidative phenomena.
• Excellent protection against corrosion.
• Anti-rust and anti-seize additives ensure effective protection against corrosion for all lubricated internal surfaces and help combat the effect of oil washout caused by water present on critical surfaces as a result of condensation.
• Application must be carried out in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the relevant pneumatic tool (usually via a lubrication unit; in the absence of such a unit, 5 ml of oil must be injected daily into the air inlet of the pneumatic tool using a syringe).
