All parameters can be set individually and independently: welding temperature, heating time, fusion pressure, joining pressure, joining time and clamping pressure. Variable welding time: the machine adapts to the cross-section of the profile to be welded. Simultaneously welds 2 corners in a single operation. Rear guides with a scale and positive 90-degree positioning, easily adjustable to allow corner welding from 30 to 180 degrees. Two-hand safety control with a maximum delay of 0.5 seconds to comply with the latest safety regulations. Truly secure clamping system. The clamps lower under their own weight. Automatic 50 mm head travel automates profile positioning and ensures consistency. Built-in programmes allow a qualified technician to mimic the automatic cycle, simplifying fault diagnosis and minimising inconvenience.
